Beware of this property. At move-in, they tried to force me to pay two months’ rent, which is unreasonable. The agent handling my case, Shao, was incredibly shady and seemed more interested in squeezing money out of me than in being fair. Taking advantage of tenants just to line your own pockets is unethical. At the end of the day, we need to treat each other with humanity.

I lived here for 1.5 years and it was a excellent experience! I strongly recommend anyone live here. All the staff is amazing, fixing any problem in a timely manner, and is always willing to help. It is a quiet place, they constantly are restoring whatever is needed and the apartments are good. I left because I had to move, but otherwise, I would have stayed there forever!

before you come and view the apartments i will inform you ahead of time that you must (individually) make 2.5x the rent. your household income does not matter unless you're married would have been nice to know this before viewing or at least have it on their website or any 3rd party websites. also felt rushed when viewing..

One of the best, cleanest, and up to date apartment complex in Bakersfield. Really enjoyed the living here especially with the friendly staff. Thank you panorama pines.
