Pam Price and associates are the best I had no paperwork to give her my husband passed away and I could not find important paperwork. Pam Sydney and associates took care of everything very supportive attentive to all my needs and even took me to take care of some business for the sale and personal even helping me clean out my house and got me a mover from the very start great personality kind empathy letting me know I was not alone and as stress-free as possible. I had sold houses in the past and never received that kind of attention I wanted the best and I got the best I will most certainly recommend Pam Price and associates and I have already done so. I wish for everyone to have a wonderful experience like I did it really meant a lot.
We met with several realtors before ultimately listing our home with Pam, they said “You will never get that price in this market” and wanted to list our house for significantly less. Pam listed our house for the price we wanted and we got nearly a full price offer. Then turned around and negotiated us a deal on our new home!!! We closed both on the same day flawlessly!! To say we are absolutely thrilled with everything she did for us is an understatement!!!
