Ashly sold us our first home in June of 2013. She made the whole process clear and simple. Her personality is approachable and professional. She was easily contacted via text, which we found to be faster and more convenient than our typical realtor interactions where we'd get a voicemail system at their office. She answered all of our questions, some of which we had after the sale closed as first time home owners. It didn't matter, she helped us regardless. Was very rude and unprofessional. After doing a months worth of paperwork, I was told it must suck you didn't get approved. I do not recommend 😐.
