Mojave View Apartments

Live here. It's nice, it's quiet. You get what you pay for in regards of rent and you're expected to uphold your end of the bargain in regards to that rent. Management is great, maintenance is great and overall, things are great. Even for a "low income" apartment complex, as if that's supposed to deter anyone from needing a place to live. Edit to my review: It's been 7 months since I had posted about these apartments and while I had a 5 star rating at first, 2 stars feels like a more decent rating. First, the maintenance team that was there when I first moved in was reduced to one person and a temporary helper that isn't even as frequent as needed, which means a lot of things that required maintenance had waiting periods that sometimes just ended with the tenant resolving the issue or si

Pretty much what you’d expect from a low income housing. Really nice but it’s all brand new. Give it couple years and every will be broken or stolen

Visited a friend. Lots of cameras. Someone is always watching you. Zero privacy.

Great new apartments. New appliances.
