Palomino Flats

I have been living here for 2 months now. The apartments are nice, there is a gym, mailboxes for packages, and I haven't had any issue with anybody being loud late at night. This is a nice place and the office manager, Edgar, is very helpful about helping you with anything you may need.

My move in experience was amazing! The leasing office communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process stress free. The apartment was clean, well prepared and exactly as shown. I really appreciate how easy and welcoming the move in process was.

Went in on a Monday to see about a tour and ask some questions. Front door was locked and no one answered phones, despite being advertised as open that day. Called a couple days later and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday, today. I showed up on time and still no one was in the office or answered the phone, despite having an appointment. I drove across town twice for this place and had my time wasted. They're full capacity, they don't have to care.

Came in to tour the complex around February, Edgar took me around to see the actual available rooms I was interested in. I was very satisfied with the space and new condition of everything, and Edgar's been very transparent about everything I wanted to know from pricing, planned renovations, etc. When I decided to apply, Edgar worked with me through the process to get everything settled with the process and the move. Just had some trouble with the A/C on moving in, let Egar know and he and Ruben from maintenance followed up immediately; they let me know the issue and had it working perfectly in short order. Overall, very comfortable and quiet place for living.

I am loving my new beautiful home! Edgar did a wonderful job with the leasing process. Very satisfied!
