Palomar View Apartments

I have been at Palomar View apartments for 2 years. It has become home to me. I was unsure about moving to an apartment. I am so grateful I chose this one. It has been such a wonderful living experience for me. Jamie and her team are great! They are always there to meet any need I have. It’s very peaceful here and I love it! Horrible place to live and horrible management. No insulation, no soundproofing between units, you can hear your neighbor pee. The stairs are connected to the bedroom walls so don’t expect to get any sleep. If you have a horrible neighbor, management can’t be bothered. They care about their rent, they cannot be bothered with the residents. Maintenance is awesome, you will become best friends because you will submit a ton of requests. I submitted 36 in a little under 4 years. Go somewhere else and enjoy where you live….. EDIT… the response from management below is a joke. Yes you came to my unit and heard the issue and did NOTHING. Your response can be as polite as you want. I have nothing but great things to say about Palomar View. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance team, everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. Every question or concern I had before moving in and even now as a current resident has been handled quickly and with genuine care. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their residents.

I have lived in many rentals in Lexington the past 20 years or so, and this property is definitely one of the best! The property is quiet, well maintained throughout and I actually have neighbors who I don’t avoid talking to in passing. Just a very friendly, safe community. The maintenance staff (Keith & Philip) are AWESOME! They go above and beyond and any maintenance request I have put in is done very quickly. The leasing office staff (Jaime, Aaron and Mercedes) are easy to get ahold of and communicate very well with any questions I have. I had to move during the height of the pandemic and wasn’t able to tour an actual apartment (was sent a video tour), and Jaime was great about answering any questions I had (which was a lot!) and making the transition to my new place super easy. I have lived at Palomar View with my wife for just over two years now, and it is truly one of the best apartments in the area! The 1 Bedroom floor plan we live in is super comfortable, and we feel very safe at all times. It is close to everything, including UKs Campus, and it is also accommodating to guests with lots of parking. Additionally, the Office Staff and Maintenance Teams are all friendly, professional, and make us feel at home! We would highly recommend Palomar View to anyone looking for a safe, modern, and quiet place to live in the Lexington area!
