Paloma Raleigh

I’ve been living in a townhome at Paloma Raleigh, and I couldn’t be happier. The space here is incredible. my room is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is huge, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is always so kind and quick whenever I need something fixed, and they’re great with dogs, which means a lot as a pet owner. The leasing office has also been amazing; they’re friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions I have. On top of all that, the amenities are fantastic and make living here even better. I truly love calling Paloma Raleigh home and highly recommend it to anyone considering moving here!

Been living at Paloma Raleigh for 1.5 years in a 4x4 and love living here. All of the staff (maintenance especially) is amazing and are super responsive. It is hard for visitors to park (street parking only), but honestly the apartment quality, community, and amenities are worth the minor parking headache. (I’ve renewed my lease so it’s obviously a great place to live). Highly recommend Paloma Raleigh!!

I’ve loved living at Paloma so far! The front desk staff and maintenance team are both very kind and helpful. Also, I love all the events that they regularly host, they’re great for meeting people or just hanging out with your roommates. I’d definitely recommend Paloma as a place to live if you’re interested in student living & want to be close-ish to NC State’s campus!

I recently toured Paloma Raleigh, and I was truly impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and modern amenities that make it feel like home. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they take great care of the community. The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant. Definitely considering signing a lease—this place checks all the boxes!

This a beautiful property with great amenities. I especially love the large gym. Definitely a plus for anyone who spends as much time in the gym as I do. If you have any questions, definitely ask Wyatt at the front desk. Super helpful and knowledgeable!
