Took time to show us around the model. Very knowledgeable and nice.

This seems to be a really good builder. We really wanted to have them build our home. We informed them up front we had a pre-approval from a lender working on our V.A. loan. After locating the lot and completing the site survey, the representative began pushing their preferred lender. I reminded them I already had a lender. My lender called to warn me of a conversation he had with the builder that seemed a little shady to him. I again informed the builder I had a lender and was going to stick with them. When the conversation came up again about the preferred lender, I told my wife we were not going with the builder.
