I did an application. When I got to the questions about about my child, the manager told me to write down whether my “baby’s daddy was in jail or dead.” That was my first time experiencing racism as an adult, and to be honest, it affected me mentally. Everyday I replay the interaction in my head. I felt so powerless and weak. This was after I made 3 one hour trips, supplying all of information. Every time, he came up with something that I needed to do. I turned in everything that he asked for. I did everything he told me to do. I guess he was trying to throw me off. After he made that comment, I didn’t go back.

I love this place, any problems which was very few was taken care of right away. Outside pest stayed outside, your space was your space. Management is wonderful people Especially Donna she didn't play and I like that about her. Glen with his jokes which you couldn't help but laugh at even. Maintenance Jim was always fixing anything wrong in my apartment. Great quiet place to lay your head and your children's head every night. They don't just take your rent, they actually get to know you and that's a plus in today's world of rudeness. The old school way is always best and this place has that 💯👍🏾✅❤🤗🙂🙏🏾🙌🏾

You won't get your security deposit back. According to the lease you must have a professional clean your carpet and tiles which cost the same amount as the initial security deposit and watch out for bed bugs.

Nice apartments but everytime I go up there no one answers the door — no one answers the phone either on 3 days I called ! I’m tryna get an apartment
