These people were horrible. They forbid my wife and I from seeing our home as it was being built unless we scheduled through them. Julie wouldn’t even talk to us. They wouldn’t answer the phone when we called to ask questions. They underbid the initial estimate, then proceeded to tack on an additional 20% anytime there were “overages,” even though the contract said differently. They refused to help with any of the selections. They didn’t do things that were outlined in the contract. They were persistently late. They went so far as to install a gate on my property that I owned to keep me out. These people are crooks, in my opinion, and made the entire process a nightmare. Sid and Julie Chase are nothing short of an amazing couple to help build your dream home. Their attentiveness to detail during the entire construction process is one of the best around, and their awards they have accomplished prove so! They ensure that the homeowners are well aware of what’s going on throughout the entire build. There are no hidden costs at the end of the project unless it was agreed upon prior to doing so. No project is too big for this group and I would highly recommend using them on your project(s).

The experience of building a brand new home was very new to us. I have to say, Julie Chase was the most amazing person to work with. She continually kept us informed, answered our MANY questions, and was always readily available to us. If you are in the market to build, you would be doing yourself a huge injustice not to select them as your builder!!!
