Ebony the resident/property advisor, was such a joy to interact with. She was kind, informative, and knowledgeable about the property. She was happy to answer all my questions. Because she is a resident she was able to offer insight about the small things that are important. Ebony encouraged me to reach out if I have any questions as I am going through the application or if I have any general questions. Palmetto is definitely on my short list of potential new homes.

Victoria, the assistant manager, is amazing! She is extremely friendly and was super helpful during our move, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. She’s always checking in on us, very considerate, and just overall a super pleasant person to be around. You can tell she genuinely cares. I love her personality—she keeps it very real and makes you feel comfortable and heard. We truly appreciate everything she does!

We had an absolute blast at Bingo Night at Palmetto Creek Townhomes, The host Was amazing ! It was super fun with food, drinks, and wine, and it was perfect for both adults and children. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was laughing and enjoying themselves--and I even won twice, including the grand prize! Events like this truly bring the community together. Can't wait for the next one!

Heather is hands down the best apartment manager we have ever had. She is extremely friendly, considerate, and truly cares about the residents. Heather is always professional, approachable, and quick to help with any concerns or questions. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of, which really makes a difference. We are so grateful to have her as our apartment manager—she sets the standard for excellent management!

I met with Lorrissia for an in person tour, she was super friendly and excellent at customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the leasing process, along with taking her time to explain any question I had.
