Do not sign the lease guys, run while you still can. I’ve been thinking about breaking my lease because I don’t think I can wait will next year. This place has roaches, rats and mousses, some of them are literally inside the separating walls that’s mean you can’t kill them. It’s impossible to sleep at night. They never fix the mail box every time I went and asked them they lied about it. The light in from of the entry been broken for months, the maintenance guy clearly told me he cannot fix it and never do. Every time I put in a work order, they wait a couples weeks to a month then mark it had done when they clearly never fix it. . It's been 3 months since the hurricane, and the office still hasn't come to fix my fence. It's so hard having my gay parties and walking my gay little dogs. Also Apparently the post office and management find this totally acceptable

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My mother rented from this place in January 2023 until February 2024 and this is the worst place she Has ever resided in her life. When she moved in the apartment was roach, infested and disgusting, and as she was mopping The floor in order to move her furniture she had to change the mop bucket water several times because the floors And walls were so filthy. During The duration of the year that she had resided at this complex, there has been multiple break-ins. There has been Gasoline thrown in the hallways by other residents and no cameras and because of this, my mother was made to sleep in her car for two nights in a row because she could not tolerate the odor of gasoline. Horrible experience our apartment flooded because of poor maintainance in the upstairs apartment. I got home Thursday to this and haven't been able to contact anyone since then. My boyfriend has been trying to call them nonstop with no answer ???? We had to book a hotel out of pocket because we had no where else to go. The ceiling was caved in, the walls were bubbling from the water damage. There must have been at least 2 inches of water in the apartment. All of our furniture is damaged, a $1,000 laptop was ruined. No answer? This place is trash DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EDIT: it has officially been 1 week & nobody has contacted my boyfriend about the apartment . this is ridiculous !!! what about the other families in the complex inhaling all the mold buildup from the water ???

Most ACs don't work. Helpful staff and fair to get in but you get what you pay for. Make sure to buy a widow unit for each room. AC breaks down constantly.
