Spoke with Mr Darren Brydie regarding an issue I had with Palmer Apartments from May of 2021. Although he was not part of management at that time and the previous management company no longer served Palmer Apartments Mr Brydie was able to help me with this matter. He was very Professional, Respectful and eager to assist me however he could and actually helped me resolve this issue the same day. He is definitely one of the best reps/ managers I’ve ever dealt with at Palmer Apartments. Positive attitude, Professional and Extremely Patient

I don’t recommend living here, because management has changed hands twice with in the year. They feel that if there is an issue they shouldn’t notify you, but will pull you into court at the drop of a hat. When notices come out for filter change, exterminators and other stuff, they never come to my apartment. I do feel if you’re behind in rent, no service will be done in your apartment.

Changing my rating to 1 star. It’s hard to get a manager to respond to you in a timely manner. I’ve called and emailed and still no response. My only issue with living here is the management and maintenance. Otherwise no major complaints about the neighborhood itself. Response to owner: This will be my second time filling out the form with my information, I did this yesterday and no one has reached out. The apartment and the area is nice however maintenance here sucks. Good luck getting a good response time for things that you need fixed (clogged sink, hot water). The office is no help, they’ll say that they will get in contact with maintenance and still no response.

Over the Christmas holiday, I had an issue with the heat in my apartment. Four different maintenance people came out to my apartment before the issue was discovered/they believed there even was an issue - turns out there was a freon leak. Didn't really appreciate being made to feel like I was crazy. This morning, I came home from the gym to find both locks engaged on my apartment door (I typically don't do this). The dishes in the sink had been moved, so I'm assuming someone came in to do some sort of routine maintenance (no idea what). I received no notification that someone was going to be entering my apartment, which I'm pretty sure is supposed to happen. I want to be understanding, but I'm also getting really sick of the unprofessionalism of this management. These are not the only is

Very unprofessional, St. Charles apartment sold palmer to these people a few months back and everyone have noticed how things have deprecated since. At one point you couldn’t even get a live person on the phone, you had to make time to go up there to get any issues resolved, there’s always trash and furniture outside the dumpsters because the flaps are always close on them because people don’t want to touch them to open it, I don’t even believe they have a maintanance department anymore, so it take forever to get something fixed and they never have the part you need in stock, I got my tub done over a few months back and the guy not only left razor blades and dirty spatulas in my bathroom until the next day, but he also plastered the paint all on my floors, walls and toilets seat and it won
