It’s sad the picture they show on Google the property no longer looks like that. Most of the foliage has died. The management team we have now care less about anything the maintenance man doesn’t clean he just does what he wants. We’re in winter right now and there’s been a broken living room window with a board in it for months now. They cannot keep a maintenance man or a manager. The last couple years, we had a manager that refused to enforce any rules. I’ve lived here for very long time, and I’ve learned rules are for a reason. We’ve had a murder on the property. We had someone shot on the property and lost her eye because her boyfriend owed the dealer money. Now I know they needed to move her 5 miles away from the crime because she claimed it was a random act of violence. They didn’t

Very clean and staff is polite and passionate about helping people

It’s unfortunate that the office is never open when the hours that it’s suppose to especially after 12 pm also the maintenance man is extremely nosey beyond tenant comfort and continues to do things that’s beyond his limit
