Palmdale Park Apartments

These apartments are horrible. The electrical is bad, the plumbing is worse. A pipe just busted and we've all been calling the emergency maintenance number but no one answers. Every new owner claims there is missing rent payments from almost every tenant and the housing authority does nothing about any of it! Probably because they get some kind of kick back for looking the other way. It's really sad and has to be illegal but there's no help in sight!

It Was family oriented now idk whats going on there.. owner after owner..new management every month..the new renovation is not what people think!!..So far its looking like the rest of the AV..a bandage job just to raise the rent... Or kick out the poor and sell to suckers for full rent!

Don't know why it says I was here... But that's ok, 3 stars seems good for someone who has never been...

ITs very dark at nite no really city lightpoles around scary And theres thugs everywhere

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They do not pay thier bills!!!! ZERO STARS! Worst business practice EVER!
