Palm Vista

I’ve lived at Palm Visita for a couple of years, and And ever since Kenneth Lee has started here he has consistently gone above and beyond. When my heat went out, he replaced my HVAC unit in under 30 minutes. He’s always quick to respond, extremely kind, and very professional. Kenneth is a huge asset to this community and makes living here a great experience.

I’d like to say I am truly blessed to live here. I’d love to give recognition to Kenny the maintenance man. I had an emergency with a water leak at 1 am and he was quick to get over and take care of it. He is truly dedicated to his job, he doesn’t feel like just an employee here he’s more like family. He went above and beyond in the middle of the night to have everything taken care of and made sure I was ok. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home this is it! I thank Kenny so much for his gratitude!!!

I have never felt so safe and secure in my own home as I do living at palm vista apartments. Every single maintenance issue has been handled with perfection, by Kenny, the maintenance manager. There are times when there is no maintenance needing to be done, but when I run into kenny on occasion, he voluntarily asks and makes sure that everything is okay with my unit. If I have ever had any billing questions or property questions or any questions in general, I can always talk to Christine, who works in the office. It is fair to say that I am blessed and very, very thankful to have these contacts when I need them, and even when I don't! If I could give ten stars, I would.

Palm Vista is a great community! The maintenance worker, Kenneth, is amazing, always helpful, friendly, and quick to get things done. The neighborhood is quiet and chill, and I feel really comfortable living here.

I couldn't have picked a better home, and friends. Jason was very informative, knowledgable, understanding AND answered every question I had to help me with the process from start to finish, in a seamless way. Christine is a sweet and patient woman, following up on my transition, ensuring all my "I's" were dotted, and "T's" crossed, to add some relief and help reduce some "movers stress"! Kenneth is an amazing Maintenance man! He was very prompt to respond when I had a concern, arrived much sooner than i would have ever expected AND satisfactorily fixed the issue like a champ!..... all in a timely manner, and explained exacty what he had done, which was much appreciated! These three love their jobs, genuinely care about each resident... and it shows!
