DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is horrible. There is parking issues every single day, so good luck finding a place to park. Oh and if you park anywhere else you will get towed but management’s solution was to establish a parking rule that honestly makes no sense I quote “Please be aware that any vehicles without a permit will be towed at the owner's expense. Each unit is entitled to one permit.” So you will either need to park across the street on public parking or get your car towed according to this management team. I own two vehicles and we get one parking pass for one vehicle. What a joke. This is a high crime area, homeless outside all the time, ppl doing drugs, breaking into our vehicles too. Look elsewhere!

Don't be fooled by new paint & Washer/Dryer. This location is a high crime, high transient area. Not safe. Vandalism to vehicles, fires set on roof by vagrants, neighbors mugged & pepper sprayed, fire extinguisher thrown through a bedroom window and constant flow of transients from light rail. That was in 1st week. Then there is the roach issue, smelly pipes, no outlets or fan in bathroom, no vent fan in kitchen and broken locks on courtyard gates...Run away!!!

These people are criminal do not rent from them. They kicked everyone out to renovate so they can charge more money. No laundry, no secure parking, homeless people will try to break into your cars and steal your packages, gates not secure. Avoid this place at all cost.

Clean complex
