This has been the best apartment experience I've had. They are timely in resolving issues and provide notice when work is being done. They communicate with you in a timely manner even with having a small staff. We've had several issues here where we had a leaking pipe in the ceiling and a leak in the bathroom which were resolved promptly. We did have an issue with one maintenance man where he was not relaying our information and concerns to the office but the moment I spoke with management the issue was resolved. Whenever we had a pest issue if any at all pest control was provided by the complex and promptly done. The neighbors are very chill and have fun with making their apartments their own which I find refreshing. This complex really allows you to make this place your home. It's been

Rent goes up a couple of hundred every year. Loud music all night. Kids running around day and night destroying people's property. Management is rude and lazy. There is no laundry room at all. We now even have homeless people living in the parking lot for the last 3 months. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't rent here unless it's literally your last option.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We’ve renewed our lease for the second year now and let me tell you, I wish we could leave. Rats, roaches, wasps, you name it. Completely pointless renovations around the neighborhood that somehow justifies raising the rent by an extreme amount. When we called the office telling them of our rodent issue, they sent some guy to spray raid in our kitchen only, like we hadn’t done that for the past 4 months, and said he would come back within the next 4 weeks to follow up. These guys have been working on the stairs right outside our door for 3 weeks now banging and powertooling from 8am. I hate it here, renewed my lease for a second year went from one bedroom to two and the two bedroom is tiny compared to the one bedroom the kitchen literally has 3 cabinets to put groceries and dishes it’s so small. And the paint literally peels off my walls And under the coat of paint it’s full of stains and whenever i ask for it to be fixed they always tell me Whoever did the paint just didn’t do a good job, as if that’s my issue I’m paying money to live here no to listen to excuses. They have “fixed” my ac 3 times in just a few months. Worst place ever stay away.
