Palm Garden Apartments

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the current management here. The previous manager, Aaron, is no longer with the property, and since then there has truly been a noticeable difference. The new manager in town is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents her name is Linda . She actually listens to understand your concerns and does her best to resolve issues instead of brushing you off. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes pride in maintaining the community and works hard to keep things running smoothly. Management can really make or break a living experience, and just to be clear — this review is not influenced by incentives or favors. It’s simply an honest reflection of my experience. I appreciate having someone who values the tenants and the community.

Was searching around the area (I live not to far away from this complex right now) so I decided to stop by Palm Garden and check it out, I got a great tour, very friendly staff, the place looks brand new and I love the Royal Blue which gives me an actual original vegas feel which is really nice, it has a view of the Strip (although I don't know how walkable it is). Never the less, Erin sent me the rental application and I’m hoping to get approved.

They have put so much work into these apartments! Best part no roaches and no mice so on top of the price that's an A+ for me

I’ve been living here almost 3 years. first 6 months maintenance was amazing as well as office staff. Then the company went through management like crazy after that. nobody’s ever in the office. Nobody ever answers. you’re only able to get your mail during office hours. You’re only able to wash your clothes during office hours because they locked the door so for people that work during the daytime and get home once the office is closed you’re unable to wash your clothes or check your mail. and don’t even try it on the weekends. Don’t get me started on the Neighbors and the loud music till the middle of the night with the yelling and screaming and banging on walls. and good luck talking with maintenance because they speak no English.

This place is the worst. I’m about to take them to court, they are trying to keep my id from when I went to for a tour. They have no customer service skills at all. Even the manager is hella rude. If they don’t give me my id today I will call the cops when I’m there.
