I’ve had a great experience living at Palm Club Apartments. The property is well cared for, and you can really tell the staff takes pride in it. Katrina especially has been amazing — she is incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly cares about both the property and the tenants. It makes such a difference to have someone like her who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Palm Club to anyone looking for a place that actually feels like home!

Three years ago I paid the 250 for the application fee and had a appointment to rent a unit. When I showed up to the apt. No one was there. So I went and rented somewhere else I needed a place. After I spoke with the manager at the time agreed and spoke with her boss and they cut me a 250 dollar check. Then the next year they sent me to collections. I got this taken care of with the new manager. Now year three im back at collections. Also can't get the office to call me back. Just go elsewhere

Ruth Powers is simply the best! Had an extremely difficult time locating the complex but am so pleased that I did. It is an ideal location for me and checks all of the boxes for the living accommodations I am seeking🤗

Palm Club is a great community, it’s very quiet. I love the space in the apartment & the office workers are very friendly & they move fast to your needs. I would recommend living in this community.
