It is very disappointing to say the least that I even have to write this here. Beautiful home and super easy process to get into the home. Holiday builders really lack the after support for customers. I have had warranty tickets in the past for lightbulbs, going out for a quick power outages, Which after multiple attempts holiday builders got it replaced. Last week the power went on and off again and without surprise nine lightbulbs went out. Along with my thermostat and wifi router. I submitted a warranty ticket and I immediately called their representative, adam. I was in contacted by the electrician company to ask what was going on and when I explained to them, they told me they would need to get the lightbulbs from holiday builders. Stay away from this scammer, horrible company and all they wanna do is to sell they don’t have anything to offer only they special rate and they will ask you 3k on deposit and gave you a expiration date so you can rush I was under contract for a new house , I ask for the inspection to be done and the sales person was like oh is brand new house you don’t need it and they house had a lot mistake that need to be fixed so I told them I don’t wanna the house no more they don’t wanna return my deposit of 3k .thanks God I didn’t buy with them .cause they house are build with weak material and no refrigerators and motor to open the garage. Shop around you will find better deal and less to put down on deposit.

I had my home built about 3 years ago by Holiday Builders. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made when it came to purchasing a home. From the moment I stepped into the office on day one, till the day I got my keys in my hand, the teams level of support was amazing. Pretty cool. Only cons is my drain field shouldn't kill my backyard lifestyle. Got 3 whole other sides it could've went. Back sliding doors are way too low (flood). The Bahia grass was the killer. Most expensive seeds if you can find them. Replacement sod is hard to find. Guessing when it was my turn for lawn thats all they could get so thats what i got. Home is great so far. Got a feeling im going to have issues with the septic though already had to dig it up. Yet the house seems pretty solid. 85% happy about the purchase.
