I lived at this apartment complex for seven years, so this review reflects long-term experience. While I initially liked my unit, ongoing issues became impossible to ignore. I experienced serious safety concerns, including a man caught masturbating outside my apartment, a car break-in, an attempted unit break-in, and frequent package theft. It never felt safe living here. I also dealt with persistent plumbing problems. Later, a former employee told me the property had a major septic issue that was never disclosed to residents. Despite being a responsible tenant for seven years, the move-out process ended my experience on a very negative note. I’ve loved living here! The management team is responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. My apartment is quiet, spacious, and well maintained.it is a peaceful place to call home. Also Marissa Thomas is very helpful 100% recommend if you are looking for someone who actually cares she is the one. Also I wana add. That the rest of the team is also helpful thank you all of you for helping us so much❤️

I don’t understand the bad reviews. There’s things that are outside of the staffs control and it’s part of life. Overall my experience has been great! The leasing staff is always so kind and my work orders get done in a timely manner. Power washing, landscaping & minor construction noise are all part of things that make a community better and if you’re sensitive to noise maybe you need to live in the middle of no where haha I recommend Pallas to anyone who is looking for a friendly community with nice renovations, great amenities, friendly staff and fresh free coffee every day!

Such a beautiful home and community. I’ve never felt more at home as an adult. My husband and I are so happy here and feel so safe. The staff members are all amazing and I see them most days when I get my daily hot chocolate from the office. They are always happy and smiling and willing to chat and help whenever you need them. Plan to stay here for a long time! Thank you Pallas for treating us so well and continuing to keep the property clean and safe for everyone.

Do NOT move here if you work from home. I moved here in February and it has been nothing but headaches ever since. The units are so cheaply built that you can hear everything your direct neighbors do and say above a whisper. On top of that, if you have a neighbor who is constantly screaming it will be a nightmare as there is really nothing they can do. If you do move here - do not get a unit where the bedroom is right next to the stairs as your apartment will rattle as people go up and down the stairs throughout the night. If your neighbor below you has their bathroom fan on, it is so loud and will rattle the floor of your unit and again, there's really nothing they can do other than try to call your neighbor to turn it off which is not a permanent solution.
