This place is unorganized. biased and does Not follow government guidelines. The manager skipped tenants transfer in order to choose someone else to occupy a unit. I do not recommend this place. I Liked how the response totally ignored my review. i speak in facts not impressions. There is a reason why 5 star reviews for this property date back 3 years ago. Again I do not recommend this place.

I have lived here since they opened the complex. I have loved living in my one bedroom apartment. The staff has been great they are always on top of things. I never have to worry. The property is always clean and maintained. Kody and Chris keep a very good vibe with there work ethics and how they handle residents and the property.

Kody has been the absolute best with anything and everything. She treats us like family and we feel like she's a part of ours. She treats everyone fairly and has been absolutely 100% unbiased to our situation, and many others. As I've gotten to know many other residents, I'd say we are all a little bit like family here.

I have been here since April 2021 and I absolutely love it. It is a great place to live. The grounds are always clean and the manager Kody Is awesome I couldn’t ask for a better apartment manager ! Chris the maintenance man is awesome as well. He always get right on the maintenance requests and keeps everything looking great!

I don't live in the complex (but hopefully soon ) but all I have to say is upon arriving you see how well kept everything is! It's absolutely beautiful! And Cody was a complete delight! She was very sweet and heloed me through understanding the process of obtaining an apartment. Every is very kind there! Update: got the apartment!!!
