Hilltop

Cute apartment complex, small and cozy, close to all stores and downtown Farmesville. Responsive and helpful owners, always are there to take care of the property if needed. I've lived here for almost 2 years and it was also nice to rent storage which is right next door! Win- Win!

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! I recently moved from that place after 5 years of living there. I know they are cheaper than a lot of the other places in the area, but you will deal with a bad, negligent manager. They have a big problem there. Both cockroaches and bed bugs. And you will get blamed and charged for the bed bugs otherwise be evicted. In the 5 years I lived there, I had an issue with bed bugs twice (I had never dealt with bed bugs in 30 years, living in several places before then, only ever getting them when I moved in there). The second time, under different (current) management the guy blamed my children for getting the bugs from school. When I first moved in back in 2019,the place had an excellent manager and even agreed I didn't introduce the bed bugs. One time I had an issue with the

I highly recommend Hilltop Apartments. The area is quiet and peaceful, the monthly rent is affordable, and they stay on top of maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly. They also conduct regular pest control treatments.

Amazing place to stay, it is a very friendly community and if anything is wrong with the place they come thru with the fixtures or adjustments! Surely recommend

Very understanding and easy to reach out management team, always responsive. I know some people are not appreciative of the work the team does on daily basis but they really go out of their way to help. I like that it has a storage area nearby that you can rent and the little park in between two buildings. I also appreciate there is laundry on site, so you don't have to drive to wash your clothing. Team has remodeled most of apartments, the appliances included which makes this so convenient. The location is off the main road and tend to be quiet in the area. Check out this place if you get a chance.
