Palisades at Pleasant Crossing

This place Just to be beautiful place. Since new management took over this place when down hill. They’re not repairing anything. All gates been broken for over a year and a half, mail boxes broken for over a year. Trash or lawn not being keep cleaned. As tenant we are getting charge for a gated community which gates are all open. Anybody can come in and out as they please. When ask when the gates would get repair, their answer “ they’re NOT going to repair or replace anything “ Update: we have new property owners and I’m starting to see the difference!! The places is being keep clean, trash being p/u is not overflowing. We just need all the gates fix and we should be back to the feeling to why we moved here.

This complex is not worth the price. It’s a mud pit in most areas, dog poop all over the place that you’re almost certain to step in. 1/14/24 shingles were blown off the roof from a storm and 5 months later they still only have tarps on the roof that have never been changed out even though there has been at least a dozen roofers submitting their bids since the beginning of the damages, so now there are several severe leaks in the apartments as well as black mold has started in the attic on the ceiling joists and drywall, not to mention whatever chuck in a truck company they have tarping the roofs fail to do a proper inspection of the damaged areas every time they are out here (27 times and counting) and still haven’t tarped areas of exposed decking and felt since day 1 nor done a proper ta

We adore Amanda!! We switched over to the Palisades from the Fitzroy across the street and the rent is cheaper (although WiFi is not included) and it’s bigger! In our opinion it is a much more luxurious feeling complex as well.

The maintenance crew did an amazing job helping me when my ac went down. They provided portable units and kept me updated on the situation.
