WORST management worst place to live. I have had mold in my apartment since November and have reported it multiple times. They are gaslighting me and literally lying telling me there was no mold and all repairs were made, hahahahahha. They are also telling me I never reported it. I have photos and screens shots of everything.. here are photos of "no mold". They did not replace any of this rotting wood. They "scraped and sprayed and we'll see what happens." I was additionally told to clean a portion of the mold MYSELF "we'll even leave you the rest of this cleaner." these people belong in jail.. They are straight up Slum Lords. They would not even let me PAY to move units and are now not letting me out of my lease. These people are awful. DO NOT MOVE HERE. at every turn it has been a nightm

Lived here five years. In 2024, they instituted a mandatory monthly fee for a deposit and refunded the deposit I paid when I moved in. The monthly fee covers nothing and you never get back, but you'll pay it the entire time you live there. Immediately after I moved, their AI bot sent me an incorrect move out statement. I have texts and emails from the employees telling me to ignore that statement, and that a corrected one would follow. I am still waiting. Then the company turned it over to collections. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Update: Don't be fooled by their response. That phone number is "answered by their AI bot. "He" promised someone would call me back. Still waiting. Absolute worst management!

I cannot express how awful, I feel, mthis management company is. In my opinion, the property continues to go downhill see attached pictures. Major maintenance issues like large water leaks go unaddressed for weeks. The mailboxes and vehicles are routinely broken into. The laundry room is regularly a mess, and the washers and dryers will take your money and rarely work. The owners/management are trying to turn the property into a luxury complex. At the same time, adding no value to the property. Housing security is also a major issue. The management has forced many tenants to go on month-to-month rent payments. Then last month, renters including the students, elderly, disabled, disabled veterans, and immigrants, received a 30 days to vacate notice. It’s really disappointing to see so many p

Had an appointment to view this place. The appearance looks horrible and not like the pictures at all. I didn't even make it look at a place because of all the drama the rude desk person was chatting about on the phone. I was not greeted, the office looked messy and they seem like the type of place that would argue just to have to fix something. Hope this helps

I moved in nearly a month ago, when I went to turn in the gas I was informed that the meter had been pulled and it needed a mercury test and some things that required a licensed plumber. Took 2 wks of continuous messages and a stop by the office on the rare occasion that someone is in there before they got a plumber to do the work. Now I am awaiting a city inspector to come verify the work so tgat I can proceed to let NM gas know they can come install the meter. I have called the call center basically everyday and get told they will put in notes and I will receive a call back which never happens. I have gotten token emails saying they will follow up with maintenance and let me know which also never happens, to be clear with out gas I have no heat or hot water and am bathing by warming wate
