Moving to Paladin Apartments was by far the best decision I could have made. The atmosphere is wonderful, the dog park is super accommodating and I absolutely love the gym. I haven’t been here long enough to enjoy the pool, but it’s over the top as well. Fun, social events are also hosted at Paladin, making our little community that much better. I had a minor maintenance issue that I addressed with Brittany and it was fixed before I made it home. The office staff is wonderful and made my move in process very easy. Coming from a complex where the management didn’t care about the tenants, Paladin is a step above the rest.

Paladin apartments have by far been the best apartment living experience! Brittany in the office is absolutely amazing and super easy to work with. She is prompt and truly cares about the residences of this apartment complex. They truly strive to keep everything nice and clean! Everything is addressed in a timely manner and they are always there to help. They are a friendly face and amazing assistance. Everyone here is amazing! I would recommend living here to anyone!

I’ve had a great experience living at Paladin Apartments. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. Brittany Walker has been especially helpful throughout my time here. She’s always respectful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She communicates clearly and makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find management that actually listens and follows through, but she does. I visited this complex on February 17th and met with Brittany. We had a sit-down discussion and discussed some information. I was surprised when I mentioned that I was considering other properties in the Longview area, like the Reserve. Brittany then spoke negatively about the property. She said she only had a two-bedroom unit available for me to look at because the current one-bedroom unit needed cleaning due to cat urine smell.
