They always do construction or shut the water off. Just now they blocked the entrance way to my apartment to do concrete resurfacing and was told to stay in 3 hours when I had to go to work. One of the guys working construction told me he was going to report my license plate because I accidentally ripped the tape and walked through a layer of concrete that was already almost dried. Sorry I need to earn a living, they even put “do not cross” tape on the doors.

I stayed here for 6 months and it was a really good experience all things considered. I really like the layout of the place and although it seems not that nice by the pics, there's A LOT of natural lighting you get because of the screen doors leading back out to the patio, not to mention you get a good amount of privacy even with all the natural lighting because the unit is elevated above the street level. It's a pretty clever design. The kitchen is also simple but still functional. Management responded to any issues I had pretty quickly as well.

Great family-owned business with great remodeled apartments! Have been renting here for years and they are always quick with work orders I send in. Very honest people with competitive rent pricing.

The building is roach infested and the pest company comes and out gel in a few spots which does nothing. Literally kill 10 roaches a day at a minimum. Management doesn’t care.

New property employee came in and jacked up my rent and tried to play god! Was a good place to live until this guy got hired as property manager!
