If I was able to give 10 stars for Padowl I would in a heartbeat. Nicole from the beginning was extremely helpful in finding a place for me. I just moved in and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mike and Nicole at Padowl.

Mike took his time with me and understood what type of place I needed. I need a 900sq ft and better. Because I have a lot of stuff and didn't want to downsize. I was coming from CT to look at apartments. Boom ! he sent me a video of an apartment. I fell in Love with it. It showed me that he listened to me and found the perfect home for me. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. If I do I will always stick with PADOWL LLC😊 ** 2/15/25 I will have all my stuff inside. This apartment makes my old apartment cry😂😂😂😂. Really wanted this to work.. This is not an agency who will advocate for you. About a month ago I inquired about a listing on Staten Island, perfect because it was close to mine and my daughter’s school. I’m a student nurse, single mom of 2 and my apartment is no longer suitable for us to live in. So I inquire, it says the landlord accepts vouchers, being that utilities aren’t included my voucher at the time was only off by maybe a mere 81 dollars I believe fast forward. I check in with my casework THIS APARTMENT IS STILL VACANT I’m explaining my frustration to my case worker she explains to call these people back and see if they will speak with the landlord now the prices are decreasing a little more but it’s still a small amount and being my rental history and my recommendation from my c

PadOwl works with all slumlord owners on Staten Island and probably elsewhere in NYC. Do not work with this agency. For the last 5 years all of my experience with Michael and this agency have been horrible. Apartments are not worth it. Landlords are the real problem. Again take your voucher or rental needs to a decent agency. Don't put your money in these people's hands.
