Paddock Place and The Oaks

These past couple of months have been amazing at paddock places. From the first time until now and fully confident going forward. I have yet to experience any issues with management or the maintenance team. Crystal and Natalie( who I’ve met in person) have been amazing to my fiancée( who Iives here). They are amazing and the pool is also amazing. Overall, I’d recommend anyone who is looking for a place to live here. It’s a wonderful place.

Been here for a very long time, and it's gotten much better over the last couple of years (area beautification, quality of life upgrades, etc). We just had a maintenance issue, and they (Cody) resolved it with a quickness, and he was very professional and friendly, which is a MUST when you have a stranger come into your place.Very happy with what management is doing these days!

I’m a first timer when it comes to having my own apartment and paddock place was very helpful with the process. I had a lot of questions that they easily answered and talked me through the process. Catherine the front desk lady was extremely nice.

Great location — close to everything you need! The manager, Crystal, is absolutely amazing — she’s always helpful, friendly, and quick to take care of any concerns. The maintenance team is reliable and professional; they always leave door tags after completing work orders so you know exactly what was done. The property looks better than ever, especially with the brand new pool! Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live

Great place to live! Been here for a very long time, and they get better every year. Rent is great and the community is generally pretty peaceful.
