Paddock at Norwood Apartments

Great experience with the staffs friendly to assist my needs. The leasing agent Mayra help me applied and continue great communication during processing application and the assistant Manager Jennifer really friendly to assist me in question. I definitely recommend you to come see them if you looking for an apartment. I been living here for 4 months I really like it, my favorite place it's the gym I can go anytime I want and the pool always looking nice a and clean. I made friends with some residents also like the activities they do for the residents.

I have lived at the Paddock since August 2025. It has been a great overall experience from office staff to maintenance. Maintenance gives the time and attention needed to work request. Office staff is helpful and responds. Pool is enjoyable and always clean. Grounds are clean. Parking for residents and guests is ample.

I have been here since June. So far my experience have been great. It’s peaceful i haven’t seen any alarming. The office staff is wonderful. I appreciate all the help from management. Jennifer is always always willing to help, listen and attentive to whatever is needed. And the receptionist has suck a loving spirit. Walking in she always makes sure to acknowledge your presence even if busy with another resident. I have no complaints💞👌🏽💅🏾

It was very difficult to make the decision to leave these apartments after living here since 2019 when they really rented only to families. Lately with the change of administration everything changed they rent to 1 person and this puts 5 more in the unit, the police are there every day for so much problem caused by the people of the community. But the drop that spilled the cup was when after paying for so long for a CARPORT the TOW took my car and the people in the office instead of accepting their mistakes they only tell you. You have to solve it at your own cost. When Christian and Lourdes were here, none of this happened. I always wanted to talk to the Manager but they always said that she was in Meetings or was busy.
