Give one star because of the worse customer service. Totally ignore customer requests and claims even though stating on their website that all claims would be taken care within 30 days. Houses are high value purchases but with this customer service, I hope other people would be mindfully when doing business with them.
I give them four stars because of the fact that they have taken a little normal time than anticipated and delivery
