Great location close to everything you need, quiet neighborhood, and maintenance handles any concerns quickly. Shoutout to Ms. Joselyn for being a great manager and to Mr. John for always staying on top of things.

The complex went downhill. I am not paying $2000 plus rent, when there are animal feces all over the sidewalks, tenants are anti-LGBT, and I am active retiring from the military. It’s not worth it. The place where I live now has more amenities, LGBT friendly, and my neighbors actually say hi, good morning, and etc. I have more diversity in options in shopping, physical fitness, medical care and etc. Nothing stays confidential in this community. I’m spending the same amount of money on a nicer area with more options and friendly neighbors.

I moved in to Pacific Sands in the summer of 2020. We had a lot of issues with communication with the property manager at that time, but maintenance (John) was always on top of it. As soon as Joselyn took over, she was able to get our lease sorted out (weird, weird things happened with the previous manager) and was very communicative whenever we had questions and was always on top of it. And John continued to be the best maintenance guy ever, always on top of issues as soon as he could be! Beautiful place to live, very well maintained, great staff, and a really great location!

Joselyn & John have been amazing. Recently they help out with one of our appliances and both were on top of the issue. They do a lot for the property and residents. Thank you both so much for always working with us. - Keylen and Angel!

such a hidden gem in san diego! the beachfront location is unbeatable, and the spacious apartments are modern and well-maintained. highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
