One of the worst rental companies I have dealt with. Losing our rent money and putting money onto other peoples accounts, dont even think about trying to get ahold of them. I never get responses to emails, call backs, and sit on hold for 20 minutes +. They can't "remove late fees" even if its their fault but have no problems moving money over to tbe correct accounts. Don't hold your breath, find somewhere else

If possible I’d give zero stars. Rented the same place for over a decade. Switched property managers several times. Pacific took over towards the end. Rude guy harassing me about parking all the time (even though I always parked in my assigned spot.) Threatened me with consequences when I stood up to him. If that wasn’t enough. Upon moving out they falsified legal documents and tried to charge me for damages that were there long before I ever moved in. Luckily I had saved my original leave from ten years prior. And showed them where they had legit used whiteout and tried to re-write my original lease! After being called out on it they changed their tone. Good luck renting from them if you so choose.

Might be the best property management company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I needed a place to live quick, and they couldn't have found me a better place if we'd taken a month to look, and they did it in less than a week. 2 bedroom townhouse, all hardwood floors except the living room is carpeted. French doors open from the master bedroom onto a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. It's gorgeous, and the price is just right too. Thank you Charise, Vivian and the entire Pacific Rental Properties team!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I was leaving a bad situation, and they were aware and rude about it. Less than three months after moving here, I received a notice of termination without cause, which required me to vacate just two days before Christmas. I have five minor children. I sent an email to try to resolve any issues I might have caused without being aware of them. I received a response stating that there was nothing I could do or change to stop or fix the situation. It seems to be a revolving door of notices and people exiting to avoid evictions on their records, as they do not have to give a reason to terminate a lease that is month by month.

It's a shame that they have poor customer service. The office guy wanted me to call maintenance people instead of him doing it, it's your job! Their website doesn't accept Rogue Credit Union Bank payments, which is a total shame and not even logic, because a lot of the rental properties that this company manages are from S. Oregon and a lot of us do banking with RCU. There's an opportunity for improvement.
