Pacific Gardens Apartments

I moved here in February. Natalia has been very kind. The maintenance guys are always ready to help me. My neighbors are also very nice as I am getting to know them. The place is clean and, for the most part, people respect that it is a smoke-free complex . The only thing I wish is that they would have community events now and then. Other complexes have them all the time.

I have had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex! The management team is exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any concerns. The maintenance person is truly the best I've ever encountered. He not only addresses requests promptly but often anticipates needs and offers his help, even without a formal request. He's incredibly friendly, and whenever I see him outside, he takes the time to chat, though he's always busy helping someone. He really deserves a raise for his dedication! The location is fantastic, and the neighbors are great. I have nothing negative to say about this place and highly recommend it to anyone considering making this their home.

Called yesterday left number and nobody answered end of day today. Drove to office at 4 and doors and office supposed to be open till 5 but they are closed at 4. I withdraw my application.

DONT LIVE HERE !! This is a warning to anybody interested or even considering living at these apartments. The management is absolutely horrible and is never on site. They decide to leave and show up only for 20 minutes. Instead, when management decides to show up to their jobs, they are rude, clueless, and highly inappropriate. Need another kicker for WHY NOT to stay! My first weeks of staying at these apartments my unit reeked of a foul odor! I called the manager multiple times and no one ever car to fix the issue. Every week it is something wrong with my unit. I wanted to find something affordable and received complete trash instead! For anybody reading this, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I’m telling you it’s not worth it. Can’t wait to my lease to be up!

Lots of people have negative reviews here, but my experience was (and has been) pretty good. Honestly, it's one of the more affordable apartments near UTC so I don't expect luxury living. It's almost impossible to find in-unit washer/dryers and assigned parking with a patio for the price they have here. There is no central A/C so it can get really hot in the summer depending on your unit's location. If it faces south by the canyon, your place can turn into a sauna in the summer so get a window unit A/C. There is only one small entrance/exit to the complex and it's on a busy part of Genesee so it can get a bit annoying during rush hours but it's still worth it paying $3-500 less per month in the area.
