Pacific Breeze Apartments

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex and the management Staff that we dealt with. After searching through a lot of rentals for our son who was stationed in San Diego we came across this one and so glad we did. As a parent 2600 miles away felt completely safe with him being there, the grounds are beautifully kept, very very nice gym, and Bev and Charlotte the apartment management were absolutely AMAZING!!! Would totally recommend this apartment complex . Thank You so much for everything you do Charlotte and Bev in the past for making this mom feel at ease for 3 years .

Do not move in here. It’s under new management and has gone down hill. They blame and charge the tenants for issues that go wrong in this old building. They charge $40 for trash a month as well as extra for water with high rent increases. I’ve had my rights violated by the property manager, property stolen from my bedroom, exposed to asbestos and mold, harassed by the property manager, lied too, lied about, and dealt with defamation of character to name a few. This is a smoking property and the property manager smokes so if you’re a non smoker this place is not for you. The homeless hang out in front and cuss at people and look for ways in because we are next to a 7-11 so it’s not safe. The laundry room is always dirty and thieves take your clothes or damage your property if you don’t stay

I've been at Pacific Breeze for almost 6 months and I absolutely love it. What attracted me is the small, intimate feel of the complex AND how genuinely nice and caring the management team is. The location is amazing- walking distance to everything you need, including the beach and schools. The pool is always clean, grills for residents in the courtyard, and so many beautiful plants and flowers make it really charming. The apartments seem to be getting upgraded/updated regularly and the space is something that is hard to find in San Diego. Parking is never an issue- off street or assigned. My boys and I hope to call this place home for years to come.

Be careful, you can apply to rent one of the apartments and no one will ever give you an answer, even though you paid a lot for it. We tried for five days to get this answer, we sent messages to the manager, we sent email, try call many times and she never answered us.

Nice, clean, quiet place to live. Visited family there.
