Pacific Apartments

We were hoping to find housing that wasn't deplorable after our last place that was every tenants nightmare and we found it! From the moment we contacted Jamie, it was like a dream come true! Jamie was professional, responded to all correspondence quickly and was super accomodating even when I forgot my credit was frozen due to my ID being stolen last year which delayed things (she was so kind and understanding, I really appreciated it; plus she's a really nice person to talk to overall as she's genuine and cares). When we had a couple of hickups after moving in, maintenance showed up within an hour (!) to take care of it (I was blown away!).
