Paces Funding

I have personal experiences dealing with Dean & Ms. Alana. They were beyond kind & professional. Paces accommodated me on a jumbo loan & I was able to pay with whichever form of payment, certified check or wire, was convenient for my company. Project took me way longer than expected and they were able to see me through my entire process. I have experienced dealing with another hard money lender and they were real sharks. Paces did not want to take my home from me. In fact Dean gave me experienced advice & put me with his contacts to ensure my success. Thank you Paces Funding for putting me in position to never HAVING to use hard money ever again!

We've executed 5 different loans with Paces since 2021. They have been a pleasure to work with. Lance in particular is on my speed dial and communicates thoughtfully and proactively to my team and me. We pride ourselves on doing good business throughout the changing market economics and we've appreciated Pace's consistency in working with us. - David

This company has made my process extremely difficult. They don’t pay out for trades completed in a timely fashion. They charged me interest well before it was time to pay per our contract. They do not answer the phones for inquiries. When they do answer, they tell you they will call you back in and never do. I went to the office to discuss the matter and they did not want to speak with me. They threatened to call the cops but I called first so they would not paint a distorted narrative of me and my company. They gave a ton of apologies and no customer service. Everything that they asked me for I completed and shown proof of. They accused me of making fake receipts which was not true. They have made a host of slanderous accusations and they’re the ones that fall short every time. Believe me

Bad customer service . They bait and switch . Dean is nice until he clears the loan and then he gets intrusive and mean. There are so many better loans out there . We were paying over 2000 a month and had to refinance because their terms were crazy and the amounts to pay monthly was too high . Also Alana In the Office has no idea what she is doing and Dean is rude. You will be concentrating on the fact that they have no direct way to pay monthly payments except to deliver it to office or mail it . They want a cashiers check every time you pay. Right now there are so many loans out there that you pay nothing monthly or you pay less and with electronic payments . What a loser company . Rebuttal to their response to save their reputation. It is false accusations about our company checks. O

So far I have completed 5 deals with Paces. They have been a great asset to my real estate investing journey. There were no hiccups with my funding or any closings
