Pace Realty Group's Property Management Review: I regret to say that my experience renting has been disappointing due to the lack of responsiveness from the landlord/management. While the apartment itself has potential, the difficulty in getting timely assistance for maintenance issues has made living here frustrating. Requests for essential repairs, such as HVAC, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, have gone unanswered for weeks, requiring multiple follow-ups. When responses do come, they are either delayed or vague, with little urgency to resolve the concerns. This has created an unnecessary burden for tenants who expect a reasonable level of service for the rent paid.

Working with Lisa Pace of Pace Realty Group Property Management has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is virtually nonexistent — we've waited over two months for basic maintenance issues to be addressed. We've wasted multiple Saturdays waiting for repair technicians who were scheduled but never showed up, with no follow-up or explanation. Even our landlord, who is currently abroad, has told us he’s been struggling to get responses from Lisa. We’ve scheduled a meeting with him when he returns, and we’ve made it clear we will not sign a lease with her as the property manager. If you're renting a home through a private owner who is using this group to market, I advise against signing the lease. My husband and I rented from this group for 2 years. For the most part, things were fine, but we had several issues with the house itself (appliances and water heater breaking) and it was apparent that management cared more about money than the well-being of their tenets. The replacements that we received when these issues came about were undoubtedly the cheapest products on the market.
