Let me preface this by saying, if you complain, they will not renew your lease. If you have a dog and want to move here for the dog park just know that it’s almost always gross. You have to complain weekly for basic maintenance and cleaning. The maintenance supervisor does the absolute bare minimum and has to be told roughly 5-7 times. The office staff couldn’t care less. You can’t even be bothered to replace the bags around the property. Half of them are consistently empty. im 27… this is my first apartment, my first experience moving out own my own- when i tell yall, from day one, the office staff has been friendly, helpful, and professional—they made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. Danica was the one to help and go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly- she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so soo comfortable. The maintenance team is just as amazing— very quick to respond and always courteous, willing to help whenever i need anything. I constantly see them outside doing little things and working around the complex and pool. The amenities here are a huge bonus. Hey People, I have lived here for approximately two years just after it opening and I’m hoping any day now to resign for a third years lease. After the grand opening the builder and the original owners sold it to our new current owners who I have met personally during their buying process and many occasions that they have been here. They are out of state and I only hope that they have planned and are already in the works to acquire More properties and run it with the integrity and value that they currently are. Danny who is in charge of the onsite maintenance department is the most genuine and helpful person I have met at pace also knows how to get the job done. Most important makes you feel comfortable and will be able to make sure all your problems are fixed within seconds

Living at Pace Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The noise is unbearable—muffler-less cars constantly race through the complex, especially at night, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. Even more frustrating is their pet policy. They claim to have breed restrictions, but they clearly don’t enforce them. It feels like there’s no consistency or accountability. Another major issue is the paint on the shelves and fixtures. It’s poorly done and still sticky—even months after moving in. I've had clothes and other personal items ruined because the paint sticks to anything that touches it. Overall, this place is poorly managed and not worth the price. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
