Lucas is far and away the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have purchased 8 homes over the years, so we've had a few realtors along the way. Lucas took us to look at homes when we were first looking to move to Missouri and he stuck with us through the process until months later when we finally pulled the trigger on a beautiful property. He kept us informed through every step and reached out to everyone involved, from appraiser to lender to inspector, etc, to keep things moving and to keep us informed. We were never left wondering what was going on. Would we use Lucas as our realtor again? 100 times, YES.

Absolutely wonderful! We were purchasing land while living out of state and Lucas was so informative of the area and accommodating. He met us the first time in his big off road side by side and spent as much time as we needed to tour properties. Also, he made a special trip to the property we decided on with his drone and took video for us! Very quick response times and so good at communicating!

My wife contacted Lucas last week and scheduled an appointment to view a property in Cabool, MO today 22May2025 at 1pm. My wife, our daughter, and myself took 4 days off work, pulled our grandson out of school and traveled from North Carolina to see it. At 12:43 My wife called Lucas to let him know that we might be about 5 minutes late. At this point Lucas informed my wife that not only did he enter the appointment in his calendar for tomorrow the 23rd, the property went under contract on the 20th.
