Found a nice piece of land. The process was very smooth. Staff is very friendly. Comfort of making payments over the phone since I travel around. My property is more refreshing in person than in the photos I previewed. I really loved the fact that there are only limited restrictions. I would recommend this realtor to others that are looking for a peaceful and relaxing future retirement location. Just an FYI, do take in to consideration that some properties are for homesteading. So look into your water and electricity needs in your chosen area. Overall, great folks with awesome service!

Bought property from Homestead Crossing almost 2 years ago and they’ve been great to work with. The per acre pricing may seem high but that’s what you get with the no questions asked financing they offer. Pay a little extra every month to help lower your overall property investment in the end.

Everyone at Homestead Crossings is kind and helpful, even the maintenance people go out of their way. When you have questions, concerns or issues, they get back to you asap. I do like the fact you can change properties and not lose money you've already invested. When I gave them my down payment for my property, I didn't know they had a $ 1000 off down payment promotion going. They called to let me know and asked if I wanted the extra money to go to principal or monthly payments. All around great experience with them. Thanks so much Homestead Crossings!
