Do not use this company!!!! They do not conduct proper background checks on tenants and fail to perform proper inspections. Impossible to get ahold of the property manager, on the phone or email. They allowed tenants to destroy our house and yard to deteriorate. They refused to take any blame or even contact us after we got the house back. Forced to spend 45k+ in damages.
Very professional and prompt customer service. I am so happy I choose Oyster River Real Estate and will continue to do so for my future needs.
