I've rented 2 apartments from them. Apartments are ok. Extremely thin walls with constant noise from all sides. When moving out you will be charged a $175.00 rug cleaning fee plus additional fees for cleaning. be prepared to lose about 1/3 of your deposit. Other then that the grounds are kept nice and they are constantly keeping up with maintenance.
The Cheney Management is very unprofessional and strip you of all the money you can afford. When we first moved in our rent was 1700, now it is over 2000$ a month. They raise the rent randomly and don’t care about their tenants at all. It is not feasible to live here past a couple years before they start showing their true greedy colors.
By reading reviews, it doesn't sound very friendly. Same experience speaking to different people on the phone.
Do not rent from them run!!!!!!!!! I got an apartment with them and I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up.
