Ive a relative who lives here. the apartments are kind of small but sufficient for a small family on a budget. I dont hear any complaints or notice any major concerns. it helps also that they are conveniently located in the center of town.

Well I will address Tonio's remarks, First when you called you asked for a status update, I let you know that as of that day your file had not been reviewed for approval, then you started with life's everyday problems THAT WE ALL GO THRU, as I explained to you there was nothing I could do to expedite or hurry your application as we have to give each file the same attention as everyone else, at this point you started yelling and screaming, I refused to talk with you because you became irritable, as I explained further I totally understand but again I could not do anything to make your wait time faster. Dont apply here they steall your application fee. Process is uncommonly slow to get approved. And if you do apply deal with everybody except That David Ruffin looking mf named Will or Henry whatever his name is. Just know he a liar and unproffesional , he'll have you mad enough too beat him. This place use too be nice and quiet now its very loud wit kid fighting....people tht smoke weed n dont work...the apt are ant infested n they never fix stuff on time ....if you call the corporate office they never return ur call and when u attempt to move they refuse to give you rental history......it took three mths to get a fax back about my rental history of course the place i wanted to move too had filled the house which forced me to renew when i didnt want too

Hey, if we only can come together to beautify our places to live as we do our bodies, but it was a nice place and equipped for kids to play, especially when on a small income
