Oxford at Estonia

The communication with staff is very poor. I signed a lease with a non refundable deposit, which you would think they would keep the deposit and use it towards anything you owe at move out. Well I got stuck with a balance for a few things such as cleaning fees, repainting walls (which were normal wear and tear). When I asked about the non refundable deposit they stated it went to a third party company. Which basically was a gift, if I wasn't going to get my money back and they also didn't get it. I cleaned the apartment before I moved out but because it wasn't cleaned to their expectations, I was charged a cleaning fee. I lived in the apartment for over a year and a half with a kid and dogs in my apartment. It would only be normal to have dirty walls. The walls were not very dirty but we'r

I lived here for 5 years. It was the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex so far. The front office staff was always helpful and would work with me whenever I needed help or had a request. Maintenance requests were usually done the next available day. I have nothing but great things to say about the complex and the staff. They made moving out extremely simple, straightforward, and were willing to work with me on my move out date. If I needed to, I’d gladly return and live there again.

I recently moved out of this community to relocate for work. During my two years I can say I enjoy the experience. The second floor vaulted ceiling’s will be missed. They gave our one bedroom so much openness. The office staff is kind and they get to know their tenants. The maintenance team is fantastic. The very rare occasions when I needed their help they were fast and friendly. They are consistently visible on property and always say hi.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. We have been here going on three years and it's been nothing but pleasant. The office staff are extremely kind and help with problems as soon as you let them know. The neighbors are friendly and the complex is quiet and clean. The location is ideal being so close to all major highways. I would highly recommend Oxford at Estonia if you want a great place to call home 😊

The people are nice, but, there has been a lot of wear and tear over time here. There are a lot of cracks and holes in the structures, meaning controlling pests is a pain. Company lets criminals into your unit. Bedbugs are not taken too seriously. It can be expensive if you move in here, if you get the bugs.
