Oxbo Urban Rentals

I lived at Oxbo Urban Rentals for a year and overall had a really good experience. The location is convenient and the view from my apartment was absolutely beautiful — one of my favorite things about living there. Maintenance was always quick and responsive, which made things so much easier as a tenant. I never had to wait long for any requests, and the team was professional and helpful. I also appreciated that during my time there, I never dealt with any package theft or car break-ins — I always felt safe in the building, which is a big plus. That said, there were a couple of minor issues. The overhead garage door for the parking deck had recurring problems while I was living there — hopefully that’s been fixed by now. We are having a really great experience at Oxbo so far. Lauren was extremely helpful in coordinating move-in logistics, and Randy and Tino with maintenance are so responsive and friendly. When we had a problem with our smoke detector in the middle of the night, Tino was at our door in less than 5 minutes. The building is clean and safe, and we love the proximity to the river, Summit Ave, and restaurants on West 7th. Highly recommend this apartment and its staff.

I’ve lived here for a year and I’ve really enjoyed it. The maintenance team is really awesome and incredibly helpful. Tino is fantastic. The community itself is chill, and the apartments are really cozy. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in downtown.
