Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service we have received throughout the process of ordering our home. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, marked by repeated issues that were not handled appropriately or professionally. From the beginning, there were multiple problems with our order. Special-order items that we specifically requested were never completed or delivered as promised. Despite clear communication and expectations, these errors were not corrected in a timely or satisfactory manner. Additionally, we received the wrong skirting for our home. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, we were given an unacceptable ultimatum: either have the incorrect skirting removed or pay for it ourselves. This situation

Like a previous review stated we couldn't give them a zero. Once they get your money they're impossible to deal with. They charge you $6000 for three sets of stairs that were not worth $1200. The railings were terrible with splinters all over, stairs threads were not level, nails sticking out, 2 1/2 inch screws and not even level when installed. We've had to redo 2 sets all ready so, do nt use them for your stairs. Find a reliable handyman. He will not charge you the outrageous prices they want. Also, Owl won't pay the person who builds the stairs, he wants money directly from the buyer as he said he doesn't have workmanship comp. I gave it a one star, only because I couldn't put a zero in. First of all, Our salesman Sean Fustino was one of the most dishonest salesman I have ever met. He lied to my wife and I several times. They finally delivered the home, after the so called delivery date. No window screens on the back side of the house. We where told by our salesman, that they would be in one of the closets. They weren't. The second bathroom did not have the medicine cabinet we paid extra for. The outside crew did a wonderful job, except no one cleaned all the nails and bolts laying on our cement pad. The interior crew did the worst job I've ever seen. Numerous Molding strips on the walls were loose and one fell off. Many things were not put together, and my wife and I are trying to fix things. Had I been more tech savvy I would not have dealt with Owl Homes. After a large deposit , I was placed at the bottom of the list and had to pull teeth to get anything done. Feel free to contact me for issues I experienced as putting them in a review only gets a response from the company that blames everyone in else. The home I bought was built and sent in a timely manner and then sat on their lot for 5 months. Was promised 9/15 move in date. It was around 12/20 before I was able to move in. Terrible, terrible experience.
