I can't say enough about the help, support and guidance I received from Dan Morse. I was looking for a lake house on Keuka Lake but lived out of state. After only speaking and communicating through email and text a couple of times, Dan quickly understood exactly what I was looking for in a house. He went above and beyond by touring possible homes, taking videos and sending them to me and making himself available to show me the homes according to my schedule. Dan's support didn't stop once my offer was accepted. He continued to counsel me through the complicated settlement process. If you're looking for a home in the Finger Lakes region, I highly recommend Dan Morse.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but in this case I’m justified in doing so. I wanted to look at a property listed by this company, so I made an inquiry through realtor.com and never received a response. The next week I contacted the company via the phone and was given the number for Nichollette. She was busy with her kids, but was nice enough to text me gps numbers. These directions ended on the road, therefore, I text her and requested assistance. Days go by with no response. I then call the company again and receive the number for Megan. I left a voice mail, and again have not been contacted. At this point I will just get a buyers agent, however, in all my time of dealing with realtors I have never had this experience.

Nicollette helped us buy our first home and she was absolutely wonderful. she was always on top of everything and answered all of our questions and or made sure any of our questions were answered! we would absolutely recommend her lovely self to anyone looking to buy a home!!🤗🤗
