Overture Domain 55+ Active Adult Apartments

Things haven’t been perfect since we moved in on December 15. A new manager was being hired because the previous one was moving to another property; it definitely created transition issues. But, the staff here is unfailingly kind and they try hard to make things wonderful for residents. There are multiple activities on any given day, and the continental breakfast and weekly happy hour are welcome treats, as well as great ways to connect with others. The grounds are lovely, as are the common area spaces. I love the hot tub and look forward to using the heated pool now that sunshine is plentiful. I feel secure here, and know my requests are taken seriously. So far, great property, great management.

My husband and I are so impressed with Overture Domain. This is not your ordinary apartment building- this is an extraordinary community. Janell and her Team including Dan who toured us on Day 1, treat you as their family, not to mention provide service and amenities unlike any other in the Domain. From complimentary gourmet coffee, weekly community events with Suzy to fresh fruit and pastries in the morning, you will make the best choice by living here. Our one bedroom is quiet, beautiful and spacious- plus we are steps away from world-class shopping and restaurants. Walking into our Lobby, our guests feel as if they are visiting a luxury hotel— I have the photos to prove it! You will continually be impressed, as our we and look forward to living here for a very long time. Jonathan makes

Overture Domain has been my home for seven years! Moving here was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Our staff( Lisa, Suzy, Dan, Elizabeth, Joel and Audi ) is exceptional. They are always available to solve any issues that the residents might have. (GREAT SUPPORT TEAM). I love all the activities available and the Mix and Mingle on Thursday evenings! I love the peace and quiet of my comfortable and cozy apartment and the safety I feel here! Have met so many wonderful residents! So very thankful Overture Domain is my home!

If you are in the season of life where your kids are gone and are considering a maintenance free lifestyle you must consider Overture Domain, it's like living in your own resort. Very clean and well maintained staff is very courteous, the community is amazing and location is perfect, in The Domain. Come in and check it out, you may end up living here.

This truly is an amazing property. The staff are all incredible and care about you and the property. Suzy is so talented and the social activities are curated and seamlessly executed with a smile. Dan is fantastic and will help you find the perfect apartment for you. Lisa the manager is exceptional and always takes care of any concerns immediately. The maintenance and cleaning are exceptional. It’s a beautiful property and has every amenity you need. If you are in your 50’s or 60’s it’s the place for you. You won’t be disappointed come check it out. My favorite place I have ever lived. Right in the heart of the Domain.
